INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUES 2012-2013

Under 8 to Under 12 Players

Please be advised that on September 26, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Peel Halton Soccer Association passed the following resolution:

Be it resolved that to promote Long Term Player Development (LTPD) with the Peel Halton Soccer Association (PHSA), all U8 to U12 teams shall not be granted permission to play outside the District for the 2012-2013 Indoor Season in any league that is not compliant to the OSA’s LTPD Recreational Matrix.

The OSA’s LTPD Recreational Matrix can be found at:

 LTPD Recreation Matrix

PHSA Clubs should take immediate steps to determine whether or not teams within their Club have registered their teams in Leagues whose Format of Play and whose Rules & Regulations are inconsistent with this Recreational Matrix.

As you may be aware, Leagues may refuse to reimburse registration fees that have been paid to register a team in a League.

 Sincerely,
